Пункт 9 изложить в следующей редакции:</span> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-indent:1.0cm;text-autospace:none"> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">«9. </span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">Вслучае непредставления по объективным причинам гражданским служащим сведений одоходах, об имуществе и обязательствах имущественного характера супруги(супруга) и несовершеннолетних детей данный факт подлежит рассмотрению комиссиейпо соблюдению требований к служебному поведению гражданских служащих иурегулированию конфликта интересов на основании соответствующего заявлениягражданского служащего. Указанное заявление представляется г</span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">ражданским служащим не позднее срока, установленногоподпунктом «б» пункта 3 настоящего Положения, одновременно с представлениемсведений о своих доходах, об имуществе и обязательствах имущественногохарактера по форме согласно приложению к настоящему Положению.».</span> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-indent:1.0cm;text-autospace:none"> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">1.2. Дополнить приложением в редакции </span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">согласно приложению № 1.</span> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-indent:1.0cm;text-autospace:none"> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">2. Внести в приложение </span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">к Указу </span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">Губернатораобласти от <a class="doclink" href="/doc/88132">27.08.2009№ 16</a> «О представлении гражданами, претендующими на замещениегосударственных должностей Владимирской области, и лицами, замещающимигосударственные должности Владимирской области, сведений о доходах, обимуществе и обязательствах имущественного характера» следующие изменения:</span> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-indent:1.0cm;text-autospace:none"> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">2.1. Пункт 7 изложить в следующей редакции</span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">:</span> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-indent:27.0pt;text-autospace:none"> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">«7. В случае непредставления пообъективным причинам лицом, замещающим государственную должность, сведений одоходах, об имуществе и обязательствах имущественного характера супруги(супруга) и несовершеннолетних детей данный факт подлежит рассмотрениюКомиссией по координации работы по противодействию коррупции во Владимирскойобласти на основании соответствующего заявления лица, замещающего государственнуюдолжность. Указанное заявление представляется лицом, замещающим государственнуюдолжность, </span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">не позднее срока,установленного пунктом 2 настоящего Положения, одновременно с представлениемсведений о своих доходах, об имуществе и обязательствах имущественногохарактера по форме согласно приложению к настоящему Положению.».</span> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-indent:1.0cm;text-autospace:none"> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">2.2. Дополнить приложением в редакции </span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">согласно приложению № 2.</span> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-indent:1.0cm;text-autospace:none"> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">3. Внести изменение в приложение к УказуГубернатора области от </span> <span style="font-size:14.0pt"><a class="doclink" href="/doc/105058">06.10.2017№ 111</a> «Об утверждении Порядка рассмотрения заявления лица, замещающегомуниципальную должность, должность главы местной администрации по контракту, оневозможности представления по объективным причинам сведений о доходах,расходах, об имуществе и обязательствах имущественного характера супруги(супруга) и (или) несовершеннолетних детей», исключив в пункте 1 слова «(далее- заявление)».</span> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-indent:1.0cm;text-autospace:none"> <span style="font-size:14.0pt">4.
